About Soleil Homes
Two People. One Standard.
We have been on job sites since high school and spent eleven years running a hardwood flooring company — long enough to know every shortcut a contractor can take, and why none of them are worth it. We manage the build from demo to final walk-through and do not hand off what matters.
Our design work took shape through renovations in metro Detroit, then sharpened through CAD drawings, sourcing trips, material procurement, and time in France and Italy. We do not pick finishes from a catalog. We build each room from a clear point of view.
We raised a family of five in the homes we were improving. That changes how we think about a kitchen layout, where the mud bench goes, and which countertop actually holds up.

We do not manage from a distance. We stay on the job, in the details, and know the difference between a tile that is level and a tile that is right.
Kitchens, bathrooms, cabinetry, full renovations — we take on projects where the design vision is high and the tolerance for "good enough" is zero. We work best with homeowners who know what they want and need a team they can trust to actually deliver it.

We handle full-service design, sourcing, and selections for renovations and new builds. Every finish — tile, flooring, countertops, lighting, hardware — is chosen for its relationship to everything else in the room.
