Vision boards, material samples, renderings, and sketches carry the direction from first conversation through install — so what gets built matches what you approved.
Full Service Design
We develop the full design direction first — layout, finish palette, lighting, furnishings, and styling. Vision boards and sketches lay out the vision; hard samples confirm it in real light. You are not making isolated choices in a vacuum. Every room supports the next, and every purchase has a reason.
Hard Finishes
Tile, countertops, flooring, paint, fixtures, and hardware are curated as one system — color palettes and material combinations tested in person and in your home so undertones and scale are resolved before ordering. This is where homes either feel intentional or slightly off. We do not leave it to chance.
Design Furnishings
The architecture can be right and still feel incomplete without the right furniture, textiles, and lighting layers. We thoughtfully source and coordinate furnishings and styling with proportion and durability in mind — a home unique to those who dwell within, not a catalog assembled room by room.
New Builds
On new construction, we coordinate selections with builders early — finishes, fixtures, and layout decisions settled before substitutions erode the plan. From sourcing through install, the home is designed as one cohesive vision, not a series of last-minute choices.
How We Work
Most design frustration comes from rushed selections and scattered decisions. A tile gets picked before lighting is set. A sofa is ordered before dimensions are verified. The result is expensive and harder to fix later.
We sequence decisions with intent.
Layout first, fixed materials second, furnishings third. You see each layer before we move to the next — never choosing in a vacuum.
Every major selection is checked against the full plan, budget, and timeline. If lead times change, we bring options fast and explain tradeoffs clearly.
By install day, the room should feel settled — because the hard decisions were handled at the right time, not rushed at the end.
