I am a licensed contractor who cares about the small stuff on site. I started on job sites in high school, ran a hardwood flooring company for 11 years, and now take homes from demo to final walkthrough.
Our Story
Where Work Meets Home
We are not a volume studio. We are a husband-and-wife team designing and building homes with the care of people who live this work every day.
Our studio grows out of how we were raised. European households, trips to the Tuscan countryside and the mountains of Romania, summers near Michigan lakes, and a shared love of cinematic interiors all show up in how we think about light, materials, and layout.
Our process is personal and practical: we understand how a family lives, then shape spaces that feel elevated, intuitive, and built to last.

Ramona Manea
I became a designer after leading selections on renovations around metro Detroit, where I grew up. My eye comes from Europe and travels through France and Italy, with room for the Southern beauty I found in Tennessee.
